01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the vd33 website accessible at https://vd33.io, including all games, betting markets, casino features, and associated services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers an account with vd33 or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player to access the vd33 Platform and its services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's vd33 Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action by a Player that breaches these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of bots, and money laundering.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.

02 Eligibility

Access to the vd33 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be met at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or placing any bet or wager.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited to you personally under applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list administered by vd33 or any other gambling operator.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation when registering an account or placing bets.
• Employees of vd33 and its affiliated partners, as well as immediate family members of such employees, are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in any gambling activity on the Platform.

03 Account Registration

To use the vd33 Platform, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

1. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited. vd33 will close any duplicate Accounts and may confiscate associated balances.
2. You must provide your real legal name, a valid email address, an accurate date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh at the time of registration.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. vd33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
4. You must notify vd33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your Account security.
5. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Account ownership is non-transferable.
6. vd33 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.

04 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any point during a Player's use of the Platform at vd33's discretion, vd33 may require the Player to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. The following documents may be required:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document such as a National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months showing the Player's full name and registered address.
• Proof of payment method — confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits, demonstrating that the method belongs to the registered Account holder.
• Any additional documentation that vd33 reasonably deems necessary to fulfil its compliance obligations.

Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe requested by vd33 may result in withdrawal processing being delayed or suspended. vd33 will not be liable for any losses arising from delays caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory verification submissions.

05 Deposits

The following terms govern all deposits made to a vd33 Account:

• All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods displayed in the vd33 cashier at the time of deposit, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank, among others.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at vd33's discretion.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Player's Account immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. vd33 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or mobile money operator.
• vd33 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which vd33 accepts no responsibility.
• vd33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or to be in breach of these Terms.

06 Withdrawals

The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through the vd33 Platform:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The withdrawal method must correspond to the deposit method used, wherever technically feasible, to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• All outstanding KYC verification requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are stated in the vd33 cashier. vd33 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. vd33 targets same-day processing for verified Accounts, though external delays caused by payment providers are outside vd33's control.
• vd33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified if such checks are required.
• Bonus Balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal and will not form part of any withdrawal calculation.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

vd33 offers various promotional offers and bonuses to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of a given promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions page.
• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above only. Players must have a fully verified Account to claim certain promotions.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• vd33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
• Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or the use of automated play to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus and real-money balances.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds. Any applicable cap is stated in the individual promotion terms.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the vd33 Platform:

• Bets and wagers placed through the vd33 sportsbook or casino are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a confirmed bet is not permitted except in circumstances explicitly permitted by the relevant game or sport rules.
• vd33 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded, or any bet placed in error due to technical malfunction, incorrect odds display, or any other system error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or event, the result recorded in vd33's system will be considered final, subject to review where evidence of a clear technical error exists.
• vd33 is not responsible for any bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's side, browser errors, or interruptions to the Player's internet service.
• Game-specific rules for all casino games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets are available within each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules before participating.
• vd33 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits per market, per game, or per Player at its sole discretion. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vd33 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, analyse markets, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or match fixing in sports betting.
• Exploiting any software error, loophole, or technical vulnerability on the Platform to generate artificial winnings.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including making deposits with no intention of genuine gambling activity for the sole purpose of withdrawing funds through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with vd33 support.
• Attempting to gain access to another Player's Account without that Player's explicit consent.
• Any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the normal operation of the vd33 Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vd33 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, images, game content, audio, and video — is the property of vd33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any content from the vd33 Platform without express written permission from vd33.

The vd33 name, logo, and brand marks are proprietary to vd33. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vd33 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from a Player's gambling activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from the inherent risk of gambling.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from a Player's use of the Platform.
• Any service interruption, downtime, or technical fault that causes a Player to be unable to access the Platform or complete a bet or transaction.
• Any delay or failure in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

12 Responsible Gaming

vd33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which they will be unable to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may apply for self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion by contacting vd33 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

vd33 strongly encourages any Player who believes their gambling habits are becoming a problem to make use of these tools and to seek professional support. The vd33 Responsible Gaming page contains further resources and guidance. This Platform is intended solely for entertainment and is not a financial activity.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

vd33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A Player being found to be under the age of 21.
• A Player requesting self-exclusion or being placed on a self-exclusion list.
• Any other circumstance in which vd33 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that it is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC checks.

14 Amendments to These Terms

vd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vd33 will notify registered Players via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the vd33 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting vd33 support.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law as applicable to the vd33 Platform and its operations.

In the event of any dispute arising from a Player's use of the Platform, the Player should first contact vd33 customer support at [email protected]. vd33 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with vd33 support, the matter may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedures described in the vd33 FAQ. vd33 is committed to treating all Player complaints with transparency and impartiality.
